The Wisconsin College Prep Program seeks outgoing, results-oriented individuals to join the admission team as a relationship manager. You’ll work within an assigned recruitment territory to achieve a high level of visibility for the College; identify and recruit well-matched candidates for admission; build relationships with high school counselors, independent educational consultants, agencies, alumni, applicants, and parents.
Positions based in: Beijing, Shanghai, Qingdao, Shenzhen, Guangzhou
Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred. 1-3 years of experience in college admission is highly desirable.
Willingness to work outside a 9-5 schedule, including evenings and weekends on a regular basis during the academic year and traveling China up to 10-12 weeks per year.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and public speaking abilities; and talent for developing relationships with a variety of constituencies.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Dedication to and ability to articulate the value of a traditional liberal arts education.
The ability to use Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) is expected. Further technical abilities (e.g. computer programming, web design, data analysis) is desirable.
Native level Chinese reading and writing.
